My name is Christa Colomb, and I am proud to serve as the Campus Student Success Specialist (CS3) at Bowie Elementary. For the past five years, I have had the privilege of supporting our students, families, and staff by helping create a positive, welcoming, and student-centered school community.

Mission

My mission is to ensure that every student has the support and resources needed to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. I coordinate family engagement initiatives that strengthen the partnership between home and school, including home visits, parent workshops, family events, volunteer opportunities, and programs designed to encourage meaningful parent involvement.

We believe that strong family-school partnerships are essential to student success. I am committed to fostering positive relationships with families and providing opportunities for parents to actively participate in their child's educational journey.

As a member of Bowie's Student Support Team, I collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, counselors, and community partners to address student needs and remove barriers to learning. Together, we work to ensure that every Bowie Bear feels supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

I look forward to continuing to build strong connections with our families and community as we work together to promote student growth, achievement, and success.
